Josh Homme (started 1996) is an American multi-instrumentalist and singer-songwriter specializing in hard rock, stoner rock, and alternative rock. He's the founder/lead singer of Queens of the Stone Age and Them Crooked Vultures, signed to Matador Records, and is a former member of Eagles of Death Metal. Key albums include Rated R (2000), Songs for the Deaf (2002), Lullabies to Paralyze (2005), and Era Vulgaris (2007). His latest release is Villains (2017). He's won 5 Grammy Awards, 8 NME Awards, and 8 Q Awards.
