Billy Sheehan (b. 1953) is an American rock bassist/multi-instrumentalist who has played with bands such as Talas, Mr. Big, David Lee Roth, and Niacin. He has released 8 solo albums, with his latest being "Sonic Boom" (2019), and is currently signed to Mascot Label Group. He has won numerous awards, including Bass Player Magazine's "Bass Player of the Year" (1991, 1992).
