Chris Cornell

Chris Cornell (1964-2017) was a Grammy-winning American rock musician, songwriter, and vocalist. He was best known as the lead singer of Soundgarden (1984-1997; 2010-2017) and Audioslave (2001-2007). His key albums include Temple of the Dog (1991), Soundgarden's Superunknown (1994), Audioslave's eponymous debut (2002) and Cornell's solo album Euphoria Morning (1999). His last album was Higher Truth (2015). He won two Grammys and was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame with Soundgarden in 2019.
