Joni Mitchell (b. 1943) is a Canadian singer-songwriter in the folk, pop, and rock genres. She is currently signed to Rhino Records. Her key albums are Blue (1971), Hejira (1976), and Court and Spark (1974). Her latest album, Shine, was released in 2007. She has won 8 Grammy Awards and a Lifetime Achievement Award.
