Coheed and Cambria have revealed that they will be holding a series of performances at sea during a four-day festival cruise. The special Coheed sets on the cruise ship S.S. Neverender will feature rarely performed songs from throughout their 19-year career.

The S.S. Neverender festival cruise will depart from Miami, Florida, on 26 October 2020. Other bands like Taking Back Sunday, The Dear Hunter, Polyphia, Torche, Culture Abuse will also be on board.

The cruise will also feature several installations that examine The Armory Wars, a conceptual universe created by singer/guitarist Claudio Sanchez that bridges between the narratives of his comic books and the band’s records.

Tickets for the cruise are currently available for pre-sale. However, fans who purchased the recent box set The Unheavenly Creatures will receive priority when it comes to purchasing tickets.

Recently, Coheed and Cambria were forced to cancel the remainder of their 2019 tour dates as drummer Josh Eppard required a surgical procedure for his heart known as cardiac ablation. In an official statement released, the band revealed that the issue was an irregular heartbeat caused by an extra pathway to Eppard’s heart. The drummer was advised to undergo surgery after he collapsed onstage during an October show in Orlando, Florida.
