NAMM 2020: Duesenberg celebrates 25 years with limited-edition guitars and new finishes

NAMM 2020: Duesenberg Guitars has unveiled its 2020 collection with a special release commemorating its 25th anniversary. Leading this announcement is a limited-edition Starplayer TV, exclusive to just 25 pieces worldwide.
25th Anniversary Starplayer TV
This special StarplayerTV (pictured above) comes in a striking gold-leaf finish, paired with silver-leaf on the sides and the neck. Coming in the series’ traditional semi-hollow design, the guitar features a laminated spruce top, a one-piece maple set neck and a Duesenberg Domino P-90 paired with a GrandVintage Humbucker in the bridge.
Meanwhile, another 25th Anniversary Starplayer TV has also been announced, this time finished in Anniversary Metallic Silver. This version will feature Duesenberg’s brand-new Split-King Dou-Coil pickups, which are designed to provide both true single-coil and humbucker tones.
New Starplayer TV finishes
The regular production series of Starplayer TVs will be receiving new colour options, namely Catalina Harbor Green, Catalina Sunset Rose, Catalina Avalon Blue, Vintage Orange, Vintage Burst and Narvik Blue.
Starplayer TV Phonic in Black
Originally only available in White, the Starplayer TV Phonic will now come in Black as well, featuring the gold hardware typical of the series.
Fullerton CC & Fullerton TV in Black
The two-pickup, semi-hollow Fullerton CC and Fullerton TV will also see a new Black finish joining the colour scheme.
Paloma in Catalina Sunset Rose and Catalina Harbor Green
Two new finishes make their way towards the Paloma. The alder solid-body now comes in Catalina Sunset Rose and Catalina Harbor Green, joining the existing options of Black, Red Sparkle, Narvik Blue and White.
Caribou in Butterscotch Blonde
The contemporary Caribou now features a classic finish: Butterscotch Blonde. The guitar is also available as a 12-stringer in Black and a left-hander in Narvik Blue.
