Epiphone has announced the fourth Epiphone signature guitar from Kiss guitarist Tommy ‘Spaceman’ Thayer.

The limited edition “Tommy Thayer Electric Blue Les Paul Outfit” features a unique Electric Blue finish with a mirrored pickguard. Thayer’s newest signature Les Paul maintains the classic Les Paul profile of a mahogany body topped with a maple cap. The mahogany neck comes in a 60s SlimTaper profile with an Indian Laurel fingerboard with 22 medium frets. Watch Thayer demo the guitar below:

In terms of hardware, the Electric Blue Les Paul combines a set of Grover Rotomatic tuners with a Graph Tech nut for precise and reliable tuning. The truss rod cover also comes in a metal ‘bell’ shape, engraved with Thayer’s name. This is accompanied by a Spaceman logo and a reproduction of Thayer’s signature in silver located on the back of the headstock.

The Electric Blue Les Paul comes loaded with a set of Seymour Duncan JB humbuckers. The bridge pickup comes uncovered and with special blue bobbins that complement the body’s finish. Similarly, the four individual Volume and Tone knob comes in a custom blue finish.

The Epiphone Tommy Thayer Electric Blue Les Paul Outfit ships with blue hard shell case and a Certificate of Authenticity.

The Epiphone Tommy Thayer Electric Blue Les Paul Outfit  is now available for $849. For more information, click here.
