New artist and brand appearances have been announced for Guitar.com Live, our upcoming virtual guitar show set to take place across 2-4 October.

Blues-rock virtuoso and vintage guitar collector par excellence Joe Bonamassa will be making an appearance with a show-and-tell of some of the most exciting instruments in his collection. Joining him in the Guitar.com Live lineup are Mateus Asato, Daniel Donato and Ariel Posen.

Bonamassa stated that he’s “looking forward to this innovative new event,” and that he’ll be “showcasing some of the rarest and most interesting guitars in all of Nerdville.”

The event has also seen the addition of Fender and Harmony Guitars, alongside founding partner brands Taylor Guitars, PRS, Ernie Ball and Mono.

Evan Jones, Fender CMO, said: “Guitar.com has been a solid partner for us as a destination for guitar news, reviews and features. In our continued current circumstances, it is more important than ever for brands to find new ways of connecting the power of music and telling stories through online experiences. We are not stopping here at Fender, and neither are artists and players around the world! For exclusive Fender interviews, product demos and more – we’ll see you there on October 2nd.”

Guitar.com Live’s virtual event, with its impressive line-up of artists, gear brands and industry thought leaders will take place across three virtual spaces:

  • The Main Stage, with artist performances, masterclasses and video podcasts
  • The Lounge, with industry discussions, gear reviews and interviews
  • The Showcase, which will be the venue for leading guitar brands to launch products and host Q&As in a bespoke virtual showroom

Stay tuned for more announcements about Guitar.com Live – more artists are to be announced every week!
