Back in 2019 Fender announced its revoultionary Tone Master range of amplifiers, offering classic Blackface tones, impulse response direct outputs, handy switchable power options and around a 50 per cent reduction in weight. Unsurprisingly they were a huge success, and Fender has now revealed the amplifiers will be available in blonde from September, equipped with all-new Celestion G12 NEO Creamback speakers for a more distinctive rock ‘n’ roll flavour.

In addition to the updated speaker, the Tone Master Deluxe Reverb has been modified to remove the virtual bright cap on the Vibrato channel, allowing for more tonal flexibility when using distortion and overdrive pedals.

The blonde vinyl covering is reminiscent of a classic early-’60s Fender vibe, and the front panel offers a playing experience identical to the tube version – including Fender’s world-renowned reverb and tremolo effects. Additional rear-panel features deliver modern convenience and flexibility — including an output power selector for full power and five attenuated settings, balanced XLR line output with impulse response (IR) cabinet simulations captured with Shure SM57 and Sennheiser MD421 microphones, mute switch for silent stage or recording, and more.

The Tone Master Deluxe Reverb Blonde Amplifier will retail at £899/€1039, whilst the Tone Master Twin Reverb Blonde Amplifier will retail at £1059/€1219.

Elsewhere, Fender has announced the brand-new Acoustic Junior, Acoustic Go and Acoustic SFX II amplifiers, ideal for the acoustic players and singer-songwriter aficionados. The all-new amps offer pure fidelity, generous output power, studio-grade effects, lightweight plywood cabinets, a 60-second looper and more.

The Acoustic Junior (£339.99/€379.99) and Acoustic Junior GO (£439.99/€499.99) will be available from November. The Acoustic Junior GO also features a rechargeable battery, for unbridled portability to take your music anywhere.

The Acoustic SFX II (£569.99/€649.99), also available from November, offers two channels designed for line or mic usage, each with studio-quality effects enhanced by Fender’s proprietary Stereo Field Expansion technology for room-filling, more-than-stereo imaging.
