Gardiner Houlgate’s latest guitar auction features another incredible array of vintage and secondhand guitars. We recently demoed the incredible National Duolian owned by delta-blues pioneer Bukka White, but there are plenty of other guitars and amps to shout about, including a Fender Bandmaster used by Johnny Marr in The Smiths.

To whet your appetite even further, below is a gallery featuring some of our favourite picks from this months collection, including guitars belonging to Pete Overend Watts of Mott The Hoople fame and a selection of gear owned by Huw Lloyd-Langton of Hawkwind .
