Boss has unveiled the Pocket GT – its smallest multi-effects unit yet, that on top of its GT effects processing, packs a bunch of learning-focused features into a tiny phone-sized enclosure.

In terms of tone, there are 100 amp models and effects to process your signal with, meaning endless tone-chasing with a huge variety of combinations.

The unit, with a little help from the Boss Tone Studio app, also incorporates a YouTube browser, meaning you can learn songs straight from the source – even looping difficult sections. You can save playlists for set practice routines, and even set tone changes to happen in sync with the songs you’re playing along to.

Other handy features include Bluetooth music streaming, USB audio interface capability, headphone connectivity and a large bank of user presets.

The unit lists for £229. Find out more over at boss.info.
