NAMM 2021: D’Angelico has announced that all five of its Premier Series LS Acoustic guitars will be offered in an Aged Mahogany finish.

The new dark satin finish not only gives the models a smooth feel, but a mature and rustic look to boot. It’s available on the Premier Gramercy LS, Premier Bowery LS, Premier Tammany LS, Premier Lexington LS, and Premier Fulton LS.

The Premier LS Acoustic models are entry-level acoustic-electric models fitted with D’Angelico’s own MG-30 preamp and tuner. The guitars also feature a Slim C neck profile and scalloped X-bracing – which should provide increased bottom-end.

The Premier Gramercy LS is a single-cutaway grand auditorium model, a versatile mid-sized acoustic, while the Premier Bowery LS is a dreadnought with a deep single cutaway for high-fret access.

Introduced last year, the Premier Tammany LS is the series’ first OM (orchestra model) guitar. The smaller dimensions are popular with finger pickers and put an emphasis on offering a pronounced mid-range.

The Premier Lexington LS is a non-cutaway dreadnought, ideal for players that favour rich and open-sounding cowboy chords. The last in the series is the Premier Fulton LS, a grand auditorium 12-string with a single cutaway for easy high-fret reach.

Each Premier LS Acoustic guitar is available for the same price of $299.99.
