Duesenberg has unveiled new, retrolicious Catalina finishes for its Starplayer III model.
Both shades – of blue and red – have a metallic sheen that’s inspired by vintage automobiles, hot rods and classic rock.
Otherwise, the Starplayer III’s features remain unchanged. It boasts a semi-hollow construction and a pickup configuration identical to the Starplayer TV: a throaty Domino P-90 at the neck and a more classic-voiced GrandVintage humbucker at the bridge.
These appointments are complemented by a Diamond Deluxe Tremola, which is designed for enhanced tuning stability, and a steel-saddle bridge.
