Finneas will answer your questions about the Acoustasonic Jazzmaster through a new hotline
Fans are being encouraged to call a number to get advice about using the instrument.

Prospective and current owners of the Fender American Acoustasonic Jazzmaster are being encouraged to call a special hotline to get advice about using the instrument, as part of a new collaboration with producer Finneas.
Players in the US and UK can call the hotline to either enter to get a call back from Finneas himself by leaving a voicemail with some questions about the guitar, or about Finneas’ creative process. The best questions submitted before the hotline closes operations will receive a call back from Finneas.
There’s also the option to be connected directly with a Fender gear specialist, who will be able to answer questions about the guitar’s specifications and availability.
The hotline opens today, and closes on 4 August. Operating hours in the US are Monday to Friday, between 12 and 2 PM MST. In the UK, they are Monday to Friday between 12 and 2 PM BST. Hold music will be Finneas’ 2020 single What They’ll Say About Us. The respective numbers to call are (833) 4-JAZMSTR for the US and 0800 015 2838 for the UK.
Finneas said of the initiative: “The American Acoustasonic Jazzmaster can truly change your whole sound if you know how to use it. I’ve taken it with me on tour, in the studio, and on shows like SNL. So, here’s your chance. Hit me with a question, and we’ll talk about what this guitar can do for you and the sounds it can unlock.”
The American Acoustasonic Jazzmaster arrived earlier this year, and offered a fresh take on the hybrid platform. It’s the first Acoustasonic to be fitted with a humbucker, meaning some more aggressive tones can be paired with the guitar’s acoustic voices easily.
