Godin Guitars is about to make a splash with its inaugural line of acoustic guitars. The Canadian brand has remained tight-lipped about the upcoming models, but it recently pulled the covers back on one of them.

Dubbed the Rialto, the acoustic is named after a renowned ‘movie palace’ on Park Avenue in Montreal. Just like its namesake, this six-string looks like an anachronistic beauty. But with tone and volume knobs on its soundboard, this might be a happy middle between Godin’s electrics and semi-acoustics. Whatever it is, we’re intrigued.
