Ibanez launches pre-aged Artwood Vintage acoustics

The new AVC11MH Thermo Aged grand concert models from Ibanez guitars don’t hold back on their colour schemes. Resplendent in Flamingo Pink or Surf Green, both guitars come a Thermo Aged, also known as torrefied, solid okoume top and torrefied bracing, aiming to replicate the tonal qualities of a much older instrument at a friendlier price point.

This new Grand Concert model also features an okume back and sides, a soft V-shaped neck with an ovangkol fretboard and bridge, with gold mother of pearl dot inlays, alongside a bone nut and saddle. The guitar also includes a herringbone purfling and antique chrome tuners with oval knobs.
