Accessories manufacturer MusicNomad has announced a new cleaning cloth for guitar players, offering two different fibre configurations for an all-in-one guitar-cleaning experience.

If countless motivational posters (and the 2009 film Zombieland) are to be believed, it’s important to enjoy the little things. To that end, MusicNomad notes how “If you are going to have one, this is the ONE.” It may not seem as glamorous as a new delay pedal or amplifier, but as MusicNomad notes: “wiping down your guitar or bass before, during and after you play is critical to preserving and maintaining your body, neck and strings for optimal performance & appearance.”

The cloth features the “deepest, ultimate plush fibres to trap & carry dust away from the surface.” These ensure that any dust settled on the body isn’t rubbed against the finish, which can mark it. On the other side, there’s a low profile suede microfiber to wipe down your strings. This sports 90,000 fibres per square inch & a lint-free construction, designed to wipe away sweat, finger oil and grime buildup without imparting any scratches.
