Earlier this year, Montreal brand Godin launched its first-ever acoustic line. The company has now added the Fairmount CH LTD Rosewood HG EQ to its ranks. Drawn up by founder Simon Godin, this Concert Hall-shaped acoustic boasts a winning combination of “smooth and buttery” sounds.

For tonewoods, Godin has opted for rosewood back and sides, a solid Spruce top, a mahogany neck as well as a Richlite fretboard. The last of these is lined with arresting LTD inlays.

On the aesthetic front, the Fairmount is decked in a high-gloss Natural finish that’s topped off by matching tortoise shell pickguard and headstock. Last but not least, this acoustic is also fitted with an LR Baggs Anthem preamp.
