Godin has unveiled a reissue of the Radiator, an electric model that was first launched in 1999.

This iteration of the Radiator retains some design elements from the original – like the eye-catching body faceplate – but overall, it features a much more modern design. In terms of tonewoods, the guitar features a chambered, single-cut silver leaf maple body, silver leaf maple neck and rosewood fretboard.

Custom Godin Humbuckers – options for covered or uncovered – combined with twin volume and tone controls allow for dedicated volume and treble roll-off, while the 24.75” scale length makes for easier lead runs and string bends. The bridge system consists of a wraparound bridge with compensated saddles to provide the necessary setup for proper intonation and promotes a better transference of string vibration for improved sustain. A Graphtech nut also reduces annoyances like string buzz and fretting out.

The new Radiator is available in Matte Black, Trans Cream, and Bourbon Burst.
