Haunted Labs has officially released the Witch Hammer, a transparent, asymmetrically clipped overdrive pedal with a surprisingly wide range.
The Witch Hammer can be deployed as a clean boost, edge-of-breakup OD, or a full-fledged medium-gain overdrive with lots of bite, responsiveness and snarl. Its extended low end range also means it’s capable of delivering a thick, hefty punch.
Three of the usual knobs—“Volume,” “Tone” and “Drive”—offer the typical overdrive controls. And the Witch Hammer cleans up well with your guitar’s “Volume” dial, too.
