Press Release…

This is what Richard Henry (guitar broker) had to say about last years venue show: “Located right on Junction 9 off the M60, the new venue for the Manchester Guitar Show was spacious and light and I really think this is a show to watch out for in the future. As someone who’s been attending guitar shows in Manchester since they began back in the early 90s, it’s nice to see many fresh new independent vintage and used guitar dealers attending and it’s a great place to meet friends new and old, have a laugh, deal, trade, swap and catch up.”

This years live band at the show will be prog rock/funk outfit The Forgotten Sons, who will be preforming throughout the day. There will also be a series of Guitar workshops throughout the day run by guitar guru Chris Walton, Chris will cover his approach to soloing ideas, modes and also areas for people who have recently taken up the guitar. There will also be free valuations if you want to bring you guitar along to the show.
What more could you want other than dozens of stands in the exhibition halls with stacks of new, used and vintage guitars to try or buy? A great day out for all guitar enthusiasts. Loads of free parking, easy access with a café on site.

The show is open from 10:00am to 3:30pm. Entrance is £3.00 (under 12s free accompanied).
