A charity live stream, taking place across 24 hours this weekend, is set to take place – centred entirely around Bruce Springsteen.

The organisers are the same to have started the first club night in the world that plays nothing but Bruce Springsteen. During lockdown they’ve been hosting some Springsteen-centric houseparty streams, and have decided to expand the format to full day’s worth of The Boss. The 24-hour DJ set will be raising money for Childline, Trussell Trust, Barts Trust, Age UK and Hospice UK, with a fundraising goal of £10,000. It will be organised into a run of festival-style (remember festivals?) sets, focusing on different areas such as classic hits, rarities and covers.

Fans that donate certain amounts will receive shout outs, and be granted song requests, as well as the chance to propose to a significant other on air..

Things kick off this Saturday (2 May), beginning at 1 PM GMT.
