Bauhaus closed off their recent run of reunion shows by playing their version of Brian Eno’s Third Uncle for the first time in 21 years. You can watch a video of the performance above.

Third Uncle opens Bauhaus’ 1982 album The Sky’s Gone Out, their second-last album before the band’s split in 1983, shortly after the release of Burning from the Inside. They would reunite twice, first in 1998 then again in 2005. The second reunion resulted in the recording of a new album, Go Away White, but tensions during the recording meant that they would disband in 2008 – before they could tour in support of the record.

The latest three reunion shows on 3 and 4 November and 1 December were the last scheduled for Bauhaus, with a handful of Peter Murphy solo shows scheduled for next year.
