Bruce Springsteen has voiced his opinions about Donald Trump, urging Americans to vote against the President’s vie for a second term in office.

Springsteen voiced his opinions during a Halloween- and Election Day-themed episode of his radio show, From My Home To Yours. He shared two clips from the episode – titled Farewell To The Thief – on Twitter.

In the first clip, Springsteen called for “an exorcism in our nation’s capital”, announcing  that “in a few days, we’ll be throwing the bums out”, referring to the upcoming election day.

He added: “I thought it was a fucking nightmare. But it was true.”

In the second clip from the episode, Springsteen recited a poem penned by Elaine Griffin Baker about the US under the Trump presidency. “We used to have a president who calmed and soothed the nation instead of dividing it,” Springsteen read.

“We are rudderless and joyless. We have lost the cultural aspects of society that make America great. We have lost our mojo, our fun, our happiness, our cheering on of others; the shared experience of humanity that makes it all worth it.”

“We are lost. We’ve lost so much in so short a time.”

Springsteen implored: “On November 3rd, vote them out.”
