North Carolina’s Epicenter festival returns for 2020 with a stellar line-up which will include Metallica, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Disturbed, Deftones and Godsmack.

Metallica will perform two sets at the festival, as well as make appearances at all of producer Danny Wimmer Presents’ 2020 festivals. Epicenter 2020 will take place at Rock City Campgrounds at Charlotte Motor Speedway in Concord, N.C. from 1-3 May and will also add Alter Bridge and Gojira amongst others to the line-up.

“We’re pleased to announce that Epicenter is moving to Charlotte Motor Speedway’s Rock City Campgrounds,” Danny Wimmer Presents CEO Danny Hayes enthused in a press release. “The new location offers plenty of nearby lodging, increased camping, and convenient travel options. The number one request we received from the fans was to move the festival to Charlotte…and we listened.”
