Feel like you couldn’t keep up with music this week? No worries, we’ve got you covered with a list of the best and latest guitar tracks. Here are five that you have to hear:

PA PA YA!! by Babymetal

Everyone’s favourite kawaii metal band are back. Babymetal have dropped the heavy yet fun-loving PA PA YA!!, which features a guest verse from Thai rapper F.HERO. This track has blistering riffs and hooky chants for days.

Sister Buddha by Belle and Sebastian

Belle and Sebastian have released Sister Buddha, the uplifting first song from their original soundtrack to the upcoming film Days of the Bagnold Summer. The indie comedy’s due out next year, but the OST will arrive in September.

Radio by Ty Segall

Ty Segall is nothing if not prolific: the garage rocker will release a new album next month. Titled First Taste, it features the hypnotic single Radio, which Segall has described as a “science non-fiction song”.

Admission by Torche

Savour Admission, the new song by Torche that marries distorted vocals to anthemic riffage and a powerful solo. It’s the title track of their new album, which is out next week via Relapse Records.

Interstellar Tunnel by Duster

It’s been years since Duster released new music, but the slowcore favourites have been jamming in the studio and are now back with Interstellar Tunnel. The chiming guitar tone and driving riffs are a potent reminder why the San Jose band’s sound was dubbed space rock.
