The Foo Fighters have added three shows to their 2020 European tour, taking place this June.

The band added dates in Germany, France and Spain, in addition to dates already announced in Italy and Portugal. The announcement came in the form of a Tweet posted by the band:

Support in Germany will be provided by The Pretty Reckless, while L7 will join the band in France. Yungblud and Honeyblood will support in Spain.

Towards the end of last year, frontman Dave Grohl gave some oblique insight into what the next Foo Fighters record will sound like – with Grohl describing it as simply “fucking weird.” During the same interview, Grohl attributed the success of the band to their ambivalence to trends, explaining: “We’ve just never been hip or cool; we just really haven’t. I think that the reason why we’re still here is because we do kind of disconnect ourselves from the popular stuff that’s going on, but also because, what the fuck do we care?” The record is slated for release sometime this year – potentially close to this run of European dates in June.

The full list of announced dates is below:

10 June – Waldbuhne, Berlin, Germany
14 June – Area Expo, Milan, Italy
16 June – Arena de Nimes, Nimes, France
19 June – Artes Y Las Ciencias, Valencia, Spain
20 June – Bela Vista Park, Lisbon, Portugal
27 June – Bela Vista Park, Lisbon, Portugal
