Johnny Depp has expanded his musical horizons beyond the Hollywood Vampires, releasing a collaborative cover of John Lennon’s Isolation – alongside none other than Jeff Beck. Take a listen below.

The song choice was made before or after musicians around the world found themselves stuck indoors, as the duo first performed the song together at last September’s Crossroads festival. In any case, the studio version comes at quite an appropriate time.

The track features Jeff Beck on guitar, Johnny Depp on vocals, with Jeff Beck stalwarts Vinnie Colaiuta and Rhonda Smith on drums bass respectively.

It’s not the only release to capitalise on the current quarantine situation, with Foals sharing a new video for the track Wash Off – among countless other musicians releasing tracks inspired by lockdown and self-isolation.
