Josh Homme’s children have allegedly filed restraining orders against him, citing abusive behaviour
Restraining orders have been filed against the Queens Of The Stone Age frontman by his two sons through their mother, Brody Dalle.

UPDATE: (10 September): Brody Dalle’s first two attempts to file the restraining orders have reportedly been denied, both in LA and Santa Monica.
The children of Josh Homme are allegedly seeking legal protection from him, citing abusive behaviour by the Queens Of The Stone Age frontman.
As reported by TMZ, Homme’s two sons, ten-year-old Orrin and five-year-old Wolf, have attempted to file domestic restraining orders against their father through their mother, The Distillers’ Brody Dalle, asking that he stay 100 yards from them and the family dog at all times.
Homme is accused of yelling at Dalle and drinking alcohol in the car with his children present. Orrin has also reportedly claimed his father grabbed his “private parts” during an altercation, and has in the past flicked his ears, hit his head, poked his chest, thrown things at him and called him names. The child has also accused his father of threatening to murder Dalle’s boyfriend. Guitar.com has contacted a representative for Dalle for comment.
Homme’s attorney, Susan Wiesner, commented on the allegations to TMZ: “Ms. Dalle has previously brought these claims to the police, DCFS, and the presiding judge of the family law court, all of whom have declined to take any action based upon these spurious claims.”
Wiesner also told Guitar.com: “The allegations made by Ms. Dalle against Mr. Homme are categorically false. In order to protect the children, we will not be making any further statements.”
Last year, Dalle and Homme filed mutual restraining orders against each other, citing domestic violence after their divorce in 2019. According to TMZ, Dalle claimed Homme showed up at her house inebriated and headbutted her; Homme claimed Dalle intentionally appeared at events where he was present to trigger a restraining order violation against him.
The couple have another child, Camille Harley Joan Homme, who is 15 years old.
