Josh Homme’s 15-year-old daughter Camille has successfully filed for a temporary restraining order against her father, according to reports online.

According to TMZ, a Santa Monica judge signed off on the order, which requires that Homme stay 100 yards away from Camille until an official hearing at a later date.

According to court documents seen by TMZ, Camille’s assertions mirrored those of her two younger brothers when they – through their mother, Homme’s ex-wife Brody Dalle – filed for restraining orders against their father last Thursday (9 September).

Homme was accused of being physically and emotionally abusive towards his children, with his ten-year-old son Orrin claiming his father throws things at him, hits his head, flicks his ears, verbally taunts him and has drunk alcohol in the car with him and his brother, 5-year-old Wolf, present. The child also alleged his father threatened to murder Dalle’s boyfriend.

Last Friday (10 September), California judges in downtown Los Angeles and Santa Monica denied Dalle’s attempts to file restraining orders against Homme on behalf of their sons.

In a previous statement to Guitar.com, Wiesner said, “The allegations made by Ms. Dalle against Mr. Homme are categorically false.”

Dalle and Homme filed mutual restraining orders against each other last year after their divorce in 2019. According to TMZ, Dalle claimed Homme showed up at her house inebriated and headbutted her, while Homme claimed Dalle intentionally showed up to events he was present at to trigger a restraining order violation against him.
