Julian Casablancas joins Jack White on stage in Mexico City
The Strokes’ and Voidz frontman performed the 2001 track ‘The Modern Age’ with The Raconteurs.
As The Raconteurs continue their US tour in support of their comeback album, Help Us Stranger, in Mexico City this week, they were accompanied on stage by none other than Julian Casablancas.
Stepping on stage to perform The Strokes’ classic The Modern Age, Casablancas cups his ear as he walks on stage before stepping up to the mic.
The last Strokes release came in 2016 with the Future Present Past EP, while Casablancas also released the Voidz’s second album, Virtue.
The Raconteurs new LP, Help Us Stranger, is out now. They’re currently embarking on a lengthy tour throughout North America.
