Kurt Vile to go on his first solo tour in over a decade

The multi-instrumentalist normally tours backed by The Violators.

Kurt Vile has announced a 2020 US tour, his first in over a decade. Vile normally plays on the road with his backing band The Violators. This time he is being supported by Cate Le Bon, and will collaborate on stage with Le Bon, as well as with Stephen Black and Stella Mozgowa.

Vile’s latest record, Bottle It In, was released in 2018, with its accompanying documentary Bottle Back being released October this year, detailing the album’s release and tour.
