Liam and Noel Gallagher have established a film production company together, leaving fans wondering if the feud between the former Oasis bandmates has been set aside.

The company, Kosmic Kyte, lists the Gallagher brothers and Alec McKinlay – who is the co-owner of Oasis’ management firm, Ignition – as officers, stating the nature of its business as “motion picture production activities”.

The types of film projects that Kosmic Kyte will be  working on is still unclear. In a possible tease of the new company, Liam Gallagher yesterday (17 March) tweeted: “There gonna put [me] in the movies there gonna make a big star out of me c’mon you know LG x.”

Whether or not Kosmic Kyte might spell the end of hostilities between the two brothers remains to be seen. Liam has publicly pined for a reunion of the Mancunian band. In 2018, he tweeted at his brother Noel to “stop fucking about” and to “get the big O back together” – while in 2020, he suggested hosting a one-off charity gig for when the COVID-19 pandemic ends.

In other related Oasis news, last week, Noel Gallagher teased the arrival of his long-awaited Gibson signature J-150 acoustic with a new video.
