First it was Mick Fleetwood, then Stevie Nicks. Now, former Fleetwood Mac guitarist Lindsey Buckingham has put his own spin on the viral TikTok sensation that brought the band’s Rumours back on the Billboard 200’s top 10 after over four decades.

Last month, Nathan Apodaca became an internet sensation when he shared a TikTok video of himself sipping on Ocean Spray Cran-Raspberry juice while cruising on a skateboard and listening to Fleetwood Mac’s Dreams.

Buckingham shared his take on the viral video over Twitter, replacing the skateboard with a horse. “Made this with my girls this weekend,” the guitarist wrote. Take a look below.

The viral TikTok video was credited for the sudden resurgence of the song Dreams. According to Music Business Worldwide, the clip helped the song climb to No.1 on the iTunes charts, and as high as No.6 on Spotify’s US chart.

The clip was so popular that Mick Fleetwood even made a surprise appearance during Apodaca’s interview with the BBC to personally thank him for sparking renewed interest in both Dreams and the 1977 album it appears on, Rumours.

In other Fleetwood Mac news, singer Stevie Nicks recently opened up about how COVID-19 has affected her as a live performer and how she believes there isn’t a silver bullet that will rid the world of the coronavirus.
