A woman claiming to be Marilyn Manson‘s ex-girlfriend has filed a new lawsuit alleging that the musician raped and threatened to kill her.

Details of the lawsuit derive from alleged legal documents acquired by Deadline and published on 28 May. The unnamed woman – identified in the documents only as Ms. Jane Doe – accused Manson (real name Brian Warner) of numerous accounts of “degrading acts of sexual exploitation, manipulation and psychological abuse” during what was at first a “consensual romantic relationship”.

A member of Manson’s team has on Friday (28 May) strongly denied the accusations, according to AFP

According to the court documents, the ex-girlfriend claimed Warner raped her in 2011 when she attempted to return a key to his apartment, threatened to kill her after the ordeal and “bragged that he ‘would get away with it’ if he indeed murdered her”.

Warner also allegedly demanded frequent sex from the woman, who claims “the left side of her chest and neck had turned completely black with bruises he inflicted on her” as a result of violent intercourse.

In a separate incident, the court documents also claim that the woman was forced to watch an explicit videotape, titled “Groupie”, that Warner had allegedly made.

The video allegedly depicts the sexual and psychological abuse of a young fan from back in the 1990s. In it, Manson allegedly “tied the young fan to a chair”, “humiliated and berated her”, removed her t-shirt and “forced her to drink a glass of one of [his] band member’s urine”.

“Later a gun [was] introduced, and Warner threatened her with it and possibly pistol whipped her,” the documents claim.

In the meantime, Warner is still facing allegations of sexual abuse from several claimants. Game Of Thrones actor Esme Bianco in April sued Manson, alleging sexual assault, physical abuse and human trafficking. In May, the musician’s former assistant Ashley Walters sued him for sexual assault, battery and harassment. Manson has denied these allegations, per NME.

Susan Rubio, a Californian State Senator, has also submitted a request to the FBI and the Department Of Justice to carry out an investigation into Warner following abuse allegations made on 1 February this year by his former partner Evan Rachel Wood.

Shortly after Wood’s allegations were made public, Manson was dropped by his record label Loma Vista. “In light of today’s disturbing allegations […] Loma Vista will cease to further promote [Manson’s] current album effective immediately,” the label said in a statement at the time. “Due to these concerning developments, we have also decided not to work with Marilyn Manson on any future projects.”
