Slam Dunk 2021 has announced more of its lineup, with artists such as Code Orange, Billy Talent and more being added to the bill.

The 15th-anniversary edition of the festival is due to take place on 29 May 2021 in Leeds’ Temple Newsam, and Hatfield Park on the following day. Announcing the new additions, festival organisers noted that “ As the vast majority have kept hold of your tickets for next year it seemed only right to try to bring back as many SDF20 artists as we could.”

Not everyone billed for 2020 returns, however, and organisers note that “ they were due to play 2020 and they are not on the poster [below], this means they are unfortunately not able to play at SDF21. We will be announcing new artists in the coming months”

Take a look at the newly announced artists below:

Slam Dunk 2020, in the face of the pandemic, was pushed back from May until September initially. In May, however, organisers made the decision to cancel. Speaking at the time, they said: “We hung on to hope for as long as we could but with so many factors against us, we have had to accept the fact that it can’t go ahead.

“We had worked so hard to move it from May to September, and with that we thought we had saved it for you, but sadly the outlook is not any better.”

2020 tickets remain valid for the 2021 incarnation of the festival.
