Steve Vai’s Stillness In Motion concert DVD is coming to Blu-Ray

Steve Vai’s Stillness In Motion concert DVD is set to be re-released in a Deluxe Blu-Ray edition via his own label, Light Without Heat. The DVD version, released back in 2015, documents Vai’s 2012 gig at Los Angeles’ Club Nokia.
The deluxe edition comprises two Blu-Ray discs and two audio CDs. One of the two Blu-Ray discs lets you view the full concert, while the other gives you access to The Space Between The Notes (Tour Mischief), an in-depth video diary that documents Vai’s experiences on his The Story Of Light world tour.
“This Blu-Ray performance and tour bonus footage was culled from the Story Of Light tour in support of that CD release. The tour was comprehensive and perhaps my favourite tour as of yet,” commented Vai. “To be with that band and those fans travelling to all those exotic locations represents a period of my life where I feel I was peaking both on a performance level and pure tour exhilaration.”
The Deluxe Blu-Ray edition of Stillness In Motion is available at $39.98. A limited-edition bundle comprising additional memorabilia is also available at $59.98. Both will ship from 13 September.
