Phoebe Bridgers and The 1975 team up for new single Jesus Christ 2005 God Bless America

The 1975 have teamed up with singer-songwriter Phoebe Bridgers for their latest single, the intriguingly-titled Jesus Christ 2005 God Bless America. Take a listen below.
The single is taken from The 1975’s upcoming LP Notes on a Conditional Form. The record was recently re-announced, after having seen several other delays and name-changes. After the band announced their 2018 album, A Brief Inquiry Into Online Relationships, frontman Matt Healy noted that it would be part of a series of two albums consisting of Brief Inquiry Into Online Relationships and then a follow-up LP coming in May 2019.
However, this follow-up didn’t see a single until July 2019, after which the band pushed the release back to February 2020. After this, an April date and a new album cover was announced, followed by a return to the first cover. Now, with the (most likely final) release date in place, the cover has once again been changed.
