The Strokes have released the latest single from their upcoming record The New Abnormal, entitled Brooklyn Bridge To Chorus. The single is laid back, and a little more synth-driven than their previous albums, but still has the band’s signature spiky guitar work on display. You can take a listen below.

The New Abnormal is still set to be released later this week, on 10 April, however the vinyl version of the album has been delayed due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. It’s now expected to ship on 24 April instead.

The single release follows the previews of the songs At the Door and Bad Decisions. The band released a music video for Bad Decisions a week after its live debut, which happened at a Bernie Sanders rally in Durham.

Like many other bands, the Strokes have had to postpone a tour due to the pandemic. While they also have a few shows still booked, it’s possible that these will also be delayed. Find out more over at thestrokes.com.
