U2 have released Ahimsa with Indian musician AR Rahman, their first single in two years. The song follows the band’s last full length album, Songs Of Experience, released in 2017.

In the years since the release of Songs Of Experience, U2 have reissued their Wide Awake In America EP from 1985, alongisde 1997’s Pop, 2000’s All That You Can’t Leave Behind plus 1984’s The Unforgettable Fire and 2004’s How to Dismantle an Atomic Bomb. The band are currently on a tour of New Zealand performing their 1987 landmark LP The Joshua Tree in full.
