Whitney have released Used To Be Lonely, a new single from their forthcoming sophomore album, Forever Turned Around. The laid-back tune arrived with an accompanying video directed by Chance The Rapper collaborator Austin Vesely.

The video was filmed at the band’s favourite Chicago locations, including the Music Box Theatre and Lake Michigan. Its chill vibes complement the track’s falsetto-heavy vocals and plaintive instrumentals.

Used To Be Lonely is the third track from Forever Turned Around, following the previously released Valleys (My Love) and Giving Up. Read our interview with Whitney guitarist Max Kakacek to find out more about the new album.

Forever Turned Around arrives on 30 August.
