DevicesHoof V2 – Free Range Fuzz Tones
The Hoof V2 is Earthquaker Devices’ flagship fuzz, and when you hear it you’ll instantly know why. Loosely based on a classic green Russian muff-style circuit, and featuring a unique hybrid Germanium/Silicon design, the Hoff V2 is set to spit out rich, smooth fuzz tones full of natural harmonic overtones and enough sustain to make Santana stop in his tracks and take note.

• Hybrid germanium/ silicon fuzz – for rich and smooth fuzz tones
• Hand tested NOS germanium transistors
• Shift knob selects center frequency of the Tone control
• True bypass – Silent soft-touch switching
• Analog dry-through
• Top-mounted jacks – for effortless pedalboard implementation

The Hoof has a wide gain range, providing everything from dirty and organic amp-like overdrive, to monstrous fuzz madness. This, paired with the “Shift” control allows you total tonal access, as the “Shift” knob works with the “Tone” control to alter the overall frequency response of the Hoof.

Use the “Shift” to boost the highs for a glassy, cutting top-end; use it to cut out some low-mid mud; use it to add some thick stoner rock sludge; use it on bass; use it to combat the muff-style fuzz’s notorious “mid scoop;”. The Hoof’s distinctive, fuzzy character is tight and controlled without sacrificing any “guts,” so to speak, so even the gnarliest fuzz tones will sit well in the mix.

Every NOS Germanium transistor in the Hoof V2 is hand-matched to exacting specifications for pedal-to-pedal concistency, guaranteeing that every single Hoof V2 will rock equally hard! The Hoof V2 has a fully analog signal path and new electronic relay based true-bypass switching. It is powered by a standard 9-volt DC power supply with a 2.1mm negative center barrel and has a current draw of 10ma. Each Hoof V2 is built one-at-a-time by real life human beans with four fingers and a thumb waiting in line for the horsey rides at the rustic frontierland amusement park of Akron, Ohio, USA.

Cloven Hoof V2 – A Real Kick In The Tone
The Cloven Hoof V2 is the Hoof’s evil twin. Like the original Hoof it’s one killer fuzz with a tight response, awesome clarity and a huge range of fuzz sounds, but that’s where the similarities end. From there the Cloven Hoof takes off on a gnarly vintage fuzz ride with copious amounts of gain and a brutal bass response that makes this beast a must-have sonic weapon for guitarists and bass-players alike.

• Gnarly Silicon fuzz – w. NOS Carbon comp circuitry
• Extended bass response and wide gain range
• Shift knob selects center frequency of the Tone control
• True bypass – Silent soft-touch switching
• All-analog signal path
• Top-mounted jacks – for effortless pedalboard implementation

Cloven Hoof sports specially selected Silicon transistors and NOS Carbon Comp resistors for an insanely wide gain range that lets you go from mildly driven tones to ripping high-gain fuzz tones. The Shift control determines the center frequency, which can then be cut or boosted via the Tone control, allowing for pin-point precision over the Cloven Hoof’s sound.

Cut the mids for a more scooped and modern fuzz tone, or boost them for a vintage fuzz-fest. It also allows for smooth control over the Cloven Hoof’s massive low-end response, so wether you’re wielding a guitar or a bass, you’ll be able to get tones strong enough to knock out the Hulk.Cloven Hoof V2 has a fully analog signal path and new electronic relay based true-bypass switching. It is powered by a standard 9-volt DC power supply with a 2.1mm negative center barrel and has a current draw of 10ma. Each Cloven Hoof V2 is built by qualified cowboys, cowgirls, and rodeo clowns in the organic, grass-fed, farm-to-table cattle ranch of Akron, Ohio, USA, y’all.

Levitation V2 – Atmospheric Alchemy
The Levitation V2 is a sonic salutation to the deep ringing reverb tones synonymous with classic psych rock. Its vintage-voiced algorithm is set to conjour everything from dirty sixties chamber reverbs, splashy springs and big reverberating plates. Levitation V2 is the equivalence of a tonal time machine, transporting your tone back to days gone by.

• Psychedelic vintage spring/plate-style reverb
• Long and short reverb modes – goes from splashy springs to ambient plates
• Upgraded op-amps for better performance and lower noise
• True bypass – Silent soft-touch switching
• Analog dry-through

Four knobs and one switch control quite a bit more than you’d expect. Want a slap back small room sound? Set all of your controls to the minimum and use the mix to dial in the sound of room devoid of anything but a guitar and amp. Want to revel in infinite spatial oscillations? Flip the toggle to long, turn up the atmosphere and decay then tune out. Dial in a bright chiming slap back by turning the tone all the way counter clockwise and reducing the decay. For a rattling, full-bandwidth assault, dime everything and let ‘er rip.

The Levitation V2 has a fully analog dry signal path, fully digital wet path, new electronic relay based true-bypass switching, new upgraded op-amps for even better performance and lower noise, plus a new cool artwork. It is powered by a standard 9-volt DC power supply with a 2.1mm negative center barrel and has a current draw of 50ma. Each Levitation V2 is built by hand in Akron, Ohio, USA.

Whether you’re going for a full-on Ray Manzarek psychedelic solo vibe, simple supporting bass notes or a crystalline ambient shimmer, the Organizer and its intuitive control set is sure to deliver every time. Use the Lag control to introduce more space between your dry signal and the effected signal for cool polyrhythmic octave effects, or use the unique Choir control to introduce either a shimmering two octaves up signal, a bone-shaking two octaves down signal or both at the same time for out of this world organ tones. The Organizer V2 tracks chords as well as single notes perfectly all over the neck on both guitar and bass.

Not only can the Organizer V2 be used on strings, it has been widely used on everything from vocals and synths to horns and drums… If it makes sound, the Organizer V2 can handle it!The Organizer V2 has a fully analog dry signal path, fully digital wet path, new electronic relay based true-bypass switching and anew upgraded circuitry for even better performance and lower noise. It is powered by a standard 9-volt DC power supply with a 2.1mm negative center barrel and has a current draw of 65ma. Each Organizer V2 is built by hand in Akron, Ohio, USA.

Bit Commander V2 – Your New Bit Crush
The Bit Commander V2 is a monophonic analog guitar synthesizer with four octaves of vintage square wave synth tones. Its no-nonsense interface makes it easy to add or subtract octaves to create a wide variety of sounds without having to dial in envelopes or oscillators. Ripping sub-octave thump, pulsing octave down, a lightly squared base tone and a swelling transformer based octave up all join together to make a single guitar sound like an army of olde tyme synths.

You’re not here to make friends, you’re here to command and conquer the sonic landscape and drive home the show with one of the most unique sounds ever put in a pedal!Like all analog octave effects, there are some basic rules to follow that will get you the most enjoyment from your Bit Commander V2. Use the neck pickup and play single notes. The best tracking occurs from the 7th fret up on all the strings. Below the 7th will still track but there will be occasional glitches and stutters. The lower the note, the harder it is for the Bit Commander V2 to register.

The use of Bass and lower registers on keyboards will yield unexpected, sometimes pleasing, sometimes disgusting results. These are not mistakes or flaws, it is the nature of analog octaves. The Bit Commander V2 has a fully analog dry signal path and new electronic relay based true-bypass switching. It is powered by a standard 9-volt DC power supply with a 2.1mm negative center barrel and has a current draw of 25ma. Each Bit Commander V2 is built by hand in the republic of Akron, Ohio, USA.
