NEXI has debuted a pedalboard package for acoustic players that takes after its plug-and-play electric guitar sets. The NEXI Acoustic comprises a four-slot pedalboard that has all the bells and whistles you need for live shows built right in.
The pedalboard itself has an onboard tuner, three-step booster, DI output, and a speaker simulator so you can go straight to the board. There are four slots specifically built for NEXI’s pedals—just drop them into the recesses on the board and you’re good to go.
The NEXI Acoustic ships with just one reverb pedal, but the brand has also announced two other stompboxes you can purchase separately: a chorus and a compressor. The reverb features four algorithms—spring, room, ambience and chamber—with just one “Level” knob to get to grips with. The chorus has two voices, with “Speed” and “Depth” controls. And the compressor is inspired by old-school units, but voiced for clarity and transparency.
The NEXI Acoustic, which includes the Acoustic Reverb, retails for EUR 249.95. Individual acoustic pedals retail for EUR 99.95. All NEXI Acoustic products will ship in October. For more info, check out nexi-industries.com.
