PRS Guitars has announced the 10th edition of its annual concert and open house event, Experience PRS 2020, which takes place next year at the guitar company’s Stevensville, Maryland home, and will also serve as a celebration of PRS’s 35th anniversary.

The event, which will take place over two days on 8 and 9 May 2020 will see PRS throw open the doors of its famous factory for a programme of food, drink, factory tours, star-studded concerts, artist clinics and panels, product demonstrations, hands-on opportunities (including staining your own piece of curly maple to take home), and a test drive tent where you can try all the latest PRS gear.

As you’d very much expect there’ll be a bountiful load of PRS guitars and amps to try at the even, and the company will also build several unique guitars that will only be available at the event.

Over 3,500 people are expected to attend the Experience PRS 2020 event, including a mix of artists, dealers, media and PRS enthusiasts from all over the globe.

“I’m honored that for 35 years, guitar players and guitar lovers across the globe have helped us build a strong culture dedicated to making the best guitars possible,” stated Paul Reed Smith. “To open our doors and throw a great party is our way of saying thank you for both believing in our craftmanship and for your support.”
