Roks Instruments debuts the Nardis bass
The Nardis is a versatile high-end bass that’s powered by specially made Häussel single-coils.
The Nardis in Delta Red
Roks Instruments has unveiled the Nardis, a hand-crafted bass guitar that boasts premium appointments, an ergonomic body shape and hum-canceling single-coils. According to the company, the Nardis is “conventional and progressive,” and will “fit perfectly in every musical style and situation.”
The bass—available in both four- and five-stringed formats—sports an ergonomic, hand-shaped body made from alder or swamp ash, a one-piece maple neck, and either a maple or rosewood fretboard. Häussel humbucking single-coils were specially made for this instrument; they create a more “dynamic and tight” tone, said Roks Instruments. A matching headstock, two-tone position markers, Gotoh tuners and passive electronics round up the remaining features of the Nardis.
This unit is available in nine vintage-inspired finishes, including Delta Red, Hawthorn White and Lightning Silver.
