Seymour Duncan has announced a new pickup model that’s designed in collaboration with ZZ Top frontman Billy Gibbons, named the Red Devil.

Made for Strat-style guitars, these mini humbuckers recreate the fat and sizzling PAF tones of Gibbons’ Pearly Gates, his cherished 1959 Les Paul.

The Red Devil set includes three pickups with uniquely calibrated Alnico V magnets. The bridge is wound extra hot with a healthy dose of beefiness, while the neck and middle are sweeter, smokier sounding pups that work especially well for Texas blues.

The pickups are available in Black, White, Crème and Parchment.
