The Raconteurs will release a live album, Live in Tulsa, via Third Man Records Vault. The release features two performances, one in October 2019 and the other in March 1999. The 2019 show was staged by The Raconteurs in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and the 1999 concert by the Raconteurs’ members Jack White and Brendan Benson in Detroit, Michigan.

The album’s Tulsa performance features highlights from the Racontuers’ 2019 three-night stint at White’s “favourite place to play in the world”, the venue Cain Ballroom. The gig was part of a tour in support of their latest album Help Us Stranger.

The package, dubbed ‘Vault Package #43’ also includes a VHS-quality recording of Live at the Garden Bowl Lounge March 14, 1999. This Detroit performance was White’s and Benson’s first gig together. Both the Tulsa and Detroit shows feature the duo’s rendition of Pink Floyd’s Fearless.

Also included is a live recording of an acoustic set titled Live at Third Man Records Cass Corridor July 9th, 2019. It features performances of songs by both White and Benson.

A mystery Raconteurs flexi-disc will also be included. However, its contents are still unknown and will only be revealed on March 2020, after the album is released. Registration for the Vault Package #43 is open at Third Man Records from now till 31 January, with an expected shipment date of March 2020.

The Raconteurs also recently released a new music video for Someday (I Don’t Feel Like Trying), shot in a spooky post-modernist house in Wisconsin.
