Tim Reede Guitars has added the Opus 75 SJ acoustic guitar to its impressive line-up of hand-crafted instruments. The Opus 75 SJ is an upgraded version of the SJ, and boasts features that enhance tone, playability and aesthetics.

The good-looking acoustic is built from premium tonewoods: It has a Carpathian spruce top, figured ovangkol back and sides, and an ebony fretboard and bridge. Interestingly, the Opus 75 SJ has a slightly fanned fretboard, with a scale length varying from 25 to 26 inches. The guitar also comes installed with a K&K Pure Pickup, popular for its rich, natural output.

A Venetian cutaway, arm bevel and side port enhance the instrument’s playability, while gold frets, diamond inlays and abalone purfling make the Opus 75 SJ one of the grandest acoustics you’ll set eyes upon. And, as with everything else from Tim Reede, the Opus 75 SJ is completely customizable.

The Opus 75 SJ lists for $6,800. For more information, check out reedeguitars.com.
