Trivium frontman Matt Heafy recently performed a stripped-down version of Ozzy Osbourne’s 1980 classic Crazy Train. Watch the full video above.

Heafy’s cover was filmed and streamed via his Twitch channel. The video is part of his KiichiChaosKaraoke series, where fans select songs for the frontman to perform. Heafy has covered a variety of songs throughout the series, including Avenge Sevenfold’s Unholy Confessions, Celine Dion’s My Heart Will Go On, Backstreet Boys’ I Want It That Way, Leonard Cohen’s Hallelujah and Johnny Cash’s version of Nine Inch Nails’ Hurt.

Trivium are currently working on their follow-up to 2017’s The Sin And The Sentence. As reported by Ultimate Guitar, guitarist Corey Beaulieu hinted at the possibility of a new single being released in 2020. “There probably won’t be anything until the following year. But maybe there will be a single for the record whenever – sometime later in the year,” he said in an interview with the Mike James Rock Show.

Trivium’s next album will be their ninth studio effort to date.
