Way Huge announces Smalls Overrated Special Overdrive pedal

The Smalls Overrated Special Overdrive is a sleek, slim new pedal from Way Huge.

The overdrive unit is designed in conjunction with Joe Bonamassa, and is essentially a hot-rodded Green Rhino Overdrive. It has a more pronounced midrange and a new “Freq” knob to boost the low mids.

Besides that dial, the Smalls Overrated Special is as simple as they come, with “Volume,” “Tone” and “Drive” knobs. Hook it up in front of a clean amp for a gritty boost or chuck it in front of an already distorted channel for a huge surge of gain and sustain reminiscent of Bonamassa’s searing leads.
